Professional Experience
Matthew Lesher focuses his practice in emerging companies and private capital. He provides representation in the areas of business planning, business formation, joint ventures and partnerships, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and tax litigation.
Before attending law school, Matthew worked for the accounting firm Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2003. At Ernst & Young, he gained experience with the assurance and advisory group, performing financial statement audits and reviews and working on general business consulting projects.
